1. Tournament Booking & Payment Policy
Tournament events may be booked in advance based on course availability. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all tournament reservations.
Fourteen (14) days prior to the tournament date, the organizer must confirm the total number of tee times to be reserved. This confirmed number will represent the number of tee times held and billed. Each tee time consists of four (4) tournament green fees.
The quoted tournament fee must be paid in full no later than Fourteen (14) days prior to the tournament date.
Shotgun starts require a minimum of 120 players. Starting times and hole assignments for shotgun events will be determined solely by the golf course. If your numbers are different you can discuss this with your host.
A 90% player guarantee is required on all confirmed tournaments. Example: If 50 players are confirmed, the organizer is financially responsible for a minimum of 45 players.
2. Food & Beverage Policy
No person, group, sponsor, or outside vendor may bring alcohol or coolers onto the premises under any circumstances. Schneiter’s Riverside Golf Course does not hold a liquor license and must comply with Utah State alcohol laws.
Schneiter’s Riverside Golf Course does not provide food or beverage catering. Groups are welcome to arrange their own food service, and we are happy to provide a list of local restaurants and catering options for your convenience. All food ordering, coordination, and payment will be handled directly by the event organizer with the chosen vendor.
A rental fee applies for use of the pavilion. Your tournament host can review current pricing and details with you as needed.
